TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dimensions are approximate and sizes or colors may vary slightly due to the characteristics of handmade products.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped FOB Brooklyn,NY. We ship FedEx mail. Expedited shipping may be requested at an additional cost. All shipping charges are billed to the customer.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders and custom combinations are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. We will drop ship individual items or special orders for a handling charge of $10 plus flat shipping rate.

EXCHANGES

All items are non-refundable. Exchanges will only be offered for damaged merchandise. Exchanged items will not be credited to current or past invoices or outstanding balances. All claims for returned goods or adjustments must be made within 5 days of receipt of order. No exchanges allowed without authorization. Non-authorized exchanges will be charged a 40% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling charges. Exchanges must be in original condition, include invoice number and be properly packaged and shipped insured. Worn jewelry or defective jewelry not defective when received cannot be exchanged. Any goods damaged in transit are your responsibility. Exchanges of any kind must be shipped prepaid. Desiree Delong Designs will not accept freight collectshipments, or pay incoming freight on returns.

DAMAGES/SHORT OR LOST SHIPMENT

In the event of damage in transit call our office for instructions on how to handle the claim. KEEP ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS. Any claim for damage during shipping must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods and accompanied by the original package. Notification of short shipments must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Notification of lost shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt of invoice. Defective Goods will be repaired and receive exact replacement. Any claim for defective goods must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Credit memos must be used against new purchases. Exchanges will not be sent for accounts with credit balances.

EXCHANGES IN PADDED ENVELOPES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, EXCHANGES MUST BE SHIPPED IN A CARDBOARD BOX.
